Data privacy
Declaration of our duty to provide information
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection advisory we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
Contact with us
If you contact us via the contact form on the
website or via
email, the data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in the event that follow-up questions are considered useful. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your mobile device using the browser. They cause no damage, and do not compromise security.
We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit us.
If you do not wish this, you can set your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. When cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be limited.
Google Analytics
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics, Google LLC (“Google”), Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there.
You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing. Your IP address is recorded but pseudonymised immediately (by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localization is possible.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or legitimate interest as defined by the GDPR. Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised.
Google also offers a deactivation option for the most popular browsers, giving you more control over what information Google collects and processes. If you activate this option, no information about your visit to the website will be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, activation does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analytics services that we may use. For more information about the opt-out option provided by Google and how to enable this option, please follow this link:

Facebook plugins (“Like” buttons)
This website uses “Like” buttons from the social network Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA). When you visit our pages, the social sharing plugin establishes a connection between your browser and Facebook. This provides Facebook with information about the usage behavior on the website. By clicking the Like button while logged into your Facebook account, the content of our pages can be associated with your Facebook profile. The operator of this website has no possibility of access to transmitted data and no knowledge of their use by Facebook. If you do not want Facebook to associate your visit to our pages with your Facebook account, please log out of your Facebook account.
Retargeting
This website also uses retargeting technology to target users with advertisements on our partners’ websites who are already interested in our products. The insertion of the advertising media during retargeting is based on a cookie, which is set when a product page is called up. Of course, no personal data is stored and the use of retargeting technology is also carried out in compliance with the applicable legal data protection regulations. If you do not want interest-based advertising to be displayed to you, you can disable Google’s use of cookies by allowing visitors to view your ads preferences. Alternatively, your visitors can disable the use of cookies by third parties by visiting the opt-out page of the Network Advertising Initiative.
Your rights
In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, complaints can be directed to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Datenschutzbehörde <https://www.dsb.gv.at/>.
